Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in our distribution network to perform counts, track inventory, and improve picking efficiency. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and strong basic computer skills.

Schedule is Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-2pm, full-time with benefits within 30 days. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with potential for growth based on performance and warehouse needs. Prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other programs.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or in a team, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical counts of product, including cycle counts, aisle checks, vintage verification, and other checks as needed.
• Track physical counts and look for trends.
• Identify product that can be removed from forward pick locations to continuously ensure items with most activity are easiest to pick.
• Research driver shorts, hand back order, and any other invoice delivery issues.
• Assist in returns process, putting bottle and cases in storage locations.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
