Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to safely pick and load orders for next-day delivery. You will build orders for dock routes and prepare shipments for trucks.

This role runs Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, focusing on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Prior warehouse experience and ability to follow English instructions are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice via case picking or bottle line.
• Load route trucks with product per the schematics.
• Perform daily inspection of warehouse equipment and report deficiencies.
• Operate equipment: forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber.
• Safely handle shipments and replenishment of product.
• Clean and maintain work areas and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line.
• Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and reports any deficiencies.
• Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber, as needed.
• Safely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training, preferred
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment
• Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
