Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to support next-day delivery by picking and loading orders, safely operating equipment as needed. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm–12:00am, about 30 hours per week. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse experience. Strong English comprehension, reliability, and professionalism are valued to contribute to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent, preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training, preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment and Loading: Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line. Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Perform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and report any deficiencies. Move product by safely operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber.
• Safety and Compliance: Safely handle shipments and replenishment of product. Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report unsafe work area conditions. Manage beverage alcohol product safely.

Job Description Summary: As a member of the Warehouse team you will play a key role in the delivery of products to our customers by safely and efficiently picking and loading orders for next-day delivery.

Pay Rate: $21/Hr. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm to 12:00AM (approx. less 30 hours ).
