Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years in inventory management with leadership experience.
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Customer Care, Planning, Logistics, Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own final escalation and resolution for complex customer inventory issues.
• Lead and develop the specialist team, including training and onboarding.
• Set department direction and implement policy aligning with GCO processes.
• Design and improve inventory control procedures to reduce discrepancies and improve efficiency.
• Provide leadership visibility through regular inventory performance reporting.
