Job summary

K18 Hair is seeking an Inventory Control Costing Analyst to join the Supply Chain and Operations team. The role focuses on inventory management, accuracy, variances, and costing across all locations including 3PLs and Amazon Fulfillment Centers.

The successful candidate will work with Finance, Sales, contract manufacturers, and 3PL partners, leveraging an entrepreneurial mindset to drive improvements and wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance or related discipline.
• 3–5 years inventory management experience, preferably in beauty or consumer packaged goods.
• Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with large data sets.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Parabola and WMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations including 3PL, contract manufacturers, and Amazon Fulfillment Centers by managing timely transactions and regular reconciliation.
• Manage P&L impacting inventory general ledger accounts and explain variances monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Develop, implement, and monitor cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes at 3PLs and all locations with K18 inventory.
• Reconcile and report inventory levels, aging and yields to support open-to-buy decisions and inventory health.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure information is shared as needed.
