Job summary

K18, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Costing Analyst to join the Supply Chain and Operations team. The Analyst will oversee inventory management, accuracy, variance explanations, and costing across all warehouse locations including 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and Amazon Fulfillment Centers.

This role requires cross-functional teamwork with Finance, Sales, contract manufacturers, and 3PL partners, plus an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of work experience in Inventory Management, preferably in beauty or consumer goods.
• Working knowledge of Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Planning and Manufacturing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfortable with large data sets.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Parabola, and WMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity across all locations incl. 3PL, contract manufacturers, and Amazon Fulfillment Centers through timely transactions and reconciliation.
• Manage P&L impacting inventory general ledger accounts and explain variances monthly, quarterly, annually.
• Develop, implement, and monitor cycle counts, annual physical inventory, and disposal docs at 3PL and other sites.
• Reconcile and report inventory levels, aging reports, and yields to drive consumption for open-to-buy and health.
• Ensure item information (part numbers, cost, price) is accurate in internal systems/documents.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
