Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Inventory Specialist to identify discrepancies in SAP, reconcile counts, and support real-time inventory accuracy across multiple departments in Hawaii. The role collaborates with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Customer Service and Billing to resolve issues and ensure smooth product flow.

Travel for counts may be required; a focus on accuracy and timely reporting is essential. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP MM, plus a Bachelor's degree in business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory-related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and correct inventory discrepancies in SAP in real time.
• Assist and collaborate with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Customer Service and Billing with inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory issues and perform month-end reconciliations.
• Ensure remote plants report accurate counts at month-end.
• Study receipts, sales orders, and postings to ensure seamless flow of product.
• Provide timely and accurate inventory information to the Inventory Control Lead.
• Assist with reconciliation of discrepancies at month and quarter end.
• Participate in cycle counts, physical audits and full physical counts when needed.
• Perform other inventory-related duties as required.
