Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to accurately process and maintain inventory at remote plants and warehouses. You will identify discrepancies, correct SAP records in real time, and collaborate with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, and Billing to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate month-end counts, reconciling discrepancies, and conducting cycle counts or full physical counts when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or combination of work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in basic accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP Material Management Module.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research inventory discrepancies and correct errors in real time in SAP.
• Resolve inventory issues and make corrections promptly.
• Ensure remote plants report accurate counts at month-end.
• Study receipts, sale order shipments, and postings to ensure smooth product flow.
• Provide timely and accurate inventory information to leadership and cross-functional partners.
