Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator (Temp to Hire) to accurately process and maintain inventory at remote plants and warehouses, ensuring real-time accuracy in the SAP MM system.

The role requires at least 1 year in inventory and 1 year in basic accounting, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and SAP MM. Travel for counts is required as needed; pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or combination of work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of inventory related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of basic accounting experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP MM module.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research inventory discrepancies and correct errors in SAP in real time.
• Resolve inventory issues and make corrections promptly.
• Ensure remote plants report accurate counts at month-end.
• Assist with reconciliation of inventory discrepancies at month and quarter ends.
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories; travel as needed.
• Provide inventory status and reconciliation updates to leadership and cross-functional partners.
