Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Specialist II - Inventory Control to join our Inventory Control team.

This role analyzes inventory shipment transactions and maintains records, with remote work flexibility from the Houston area. You will build relationships with stores, staff at distribution centers, and finance, oversee annual physical inventory, reconcile results, and help ensure the system of record reflects accurate counts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service focused environment, preferably in an Inventory or Accounting role.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn Inventory Management systems (Manhattan, Universe, etc.).
• Strong analytical, data analysis, problem solving, and numerical abilities with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to profitability by managing store inventory in a timely, accurate, and organized manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with stores, DC staff, and finance.
• Process and research issues from calls and emails; resolve errors with stores.
