Job summary

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Technical Support Engineer (Intune) to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. The role focuses on Windows 10/11, Intune, Entra ID, and WUfB within a modern endpoint management environment.

You will diagnose Windows Update issues, leverage Perfmon/xPerf/ETL/ETW for performance analysis, and script with PowerShell.

Qualifications

6+ Years of Work Experience.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Experience with Windows 10 and 11.
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and debugging (Perfmon/xPerf/ETL/ETW)
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and Endpoint Management
Good knowledge and understanding of Intune Groups, update policies, deployment rings
Familiarity with Windows Autopatch / Windows Update for Business.
Troubleshoot Windows Update issues.
Experience with networking and network troubleshooting.
Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell.
Understanding of Microsoft Graph technologies.
Knowledge of Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) and associated query language (KQL).
