Agile Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune engineer to support a large enterprise environment remotely within the continental U.S. The role emphasizes patching, remediation, and device lifecycle management across Windows endpoints.

You will troubleshoot Intune, Windows Autopilot, and MDM/MAM, automate endpoint operations with PowerShell, and drive measurable improvements in patch compliance and endpoint health.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments, with hands-on Microsoft Intune engineering
• Proven enterprise patch management and remediation experience, including patch deployment and remediation
• Strong end-to-end Windows Autopilot experience, including enrollment and provisioning
• Hands-on expertise with MDM/MAM concepts and implementation
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting
• Experience operating in mid-to-large endpoint estates with scalable processes

Responsibilities

• Administer, troubleshoot, and enhance Microsoft Intune to improve reliability and end-user/device management outcomes
• Drive enterprise patch management activities, including deploying updates and remediation
• Build and maintain end-to-end Windows Autopilot workflows for enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management
• Develop and enforce MDM/MAM policies for configuration, compliance, and security baselines
• Automate endpoint operations with PowerShell scripts to collect device data and speed remediation
• Analyze patch and compliance results to identify trends and prioritize remediation
• Establish scalable endpoint processes and runbooks for repeatable execution
• Partner with security and IT operations to align patching with vulnerability risk timelines
