Job summary

1KOMMA5° Bremen is seeking a candidate to join the Product Team as a strategic contributor driving energy solutions in a rapidly expanding, international context. You will shape product portfolios and help scale Heartbeat AI-based offerings for diverse markets.

You will work remotely across Germany, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage tools like Google Sheets, Slides, and Looker to build insightful business cases and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or gap year between Bachelor and Master with at least 6 months availability
• Strong interest in innovation and driving change
• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel to understand cost and revenue structures
• Experience with Google Slides/Powerpoint to summarize results
• Excellent English and ability to communicate with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Problem solver adaptable to changing environments
• Bonus: knowledge of energy market or product management experience
• Bonus: data analysis tools looker
• Bonus: German language helps communication

Responsibilities

• Strategically advance the product portfolio by collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and validate new products and services
• Internationalize and scale existing products for a broader customer base and expand into international markets
• Develop End-to-End product strategies by calculating and updating business cases
