Job summary
1KOMMA5° is seeking a proactive Product Manager to join our Global Product Management Team for Service & Maintenance. You will help shape scalable energy service products built on the Heartbeat AI Platform for international markets.
In this role you will conduct market research, validate concepts, and help scale proactive monitoring, maintenance, and warranty offerings while collaborating with Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial teams.
Qualifications
- Fluent English and German communication with stakeholders.
- Interest in innovation and driving change in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in Product/Project Management, Tech or Process Optimization preferred.
- Detail oriented with multiple projects and timelines.
- Willingness to learn about energy markets and be flexible.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate energy transition by shaping service products and digital solutions.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from research to scaling the portfolio.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Analyze feedback, KPIs and market trends to optimize adoption and satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders for smooth rollouts.
