Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in tax and public accounting.
• CPA designation preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of international tax issues and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and consulting services to clients with international operations.
• Assist in development and implementation of tax planning strategies for clients.
• Conduct research and analysis on complex international tax issues.
• Review and supervise the work of junior team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and presentations.
