Job summary

Tremendous is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager, International to lead regional marketing across Europe and test opportunities in strategic markets. You’ll own the regional marketing strategy and prioritize markets, audiences, and programs to drive qualified leads and new customers onto Tremendous.

You’ll partner with sales and global teams to tailor messaging, run webinars, partnerships, and events, and guide localization and content for international buyers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
• Experience tailoring marketing strategies to individual countries.
• Strong understanding of paid media, organic acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience running webinars, events, partnerships or other regional programs.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using CRM and analytics tools to understand funnel performance.
• Proven ability to align sales and marketing around shared priorities across teams.
• Proactive experimental mindset with ability to adjust direction when needed.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required.
• Fluency in additional languages (French, Spanish or German) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set regional priorities: own the international marketing plan with sales and strategy.
• Test new markets: develop fast, cost-effective tests across EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
• Coordinate campaigns: brief global owners on regional priorities and execution.
• Shape local messaging: adapt campaigns and content for international buyers.
• Drive localization: prioritize languages, pages, and content for local presence.
• Run regional programs: plan webinars, partnerships, and events with regional ownership.
• Partner with sales: align campaigns with regional priorities and measure impact.
• Own regional results: report on qualified leads and signups with pipeline visibility.
