Job summary

The Field Sales Representative, NFG develops and grows business relationships with agencies, agents, advisors, and partner firms within an assigned territory by serving as a knowledgeable resource on NFG Brokerage products, processes, and sales support.

This role supports sales growth across annuity, life insurance, long-term care, and disability insurance solutions through proactive outreach, consultative case support, product education, and close partnership with Regional Sales and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in financial services or related sales support.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63, or ability to obtain required licensing.
• Knowledge of life/annuity products and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a consistent new business pipeline with agencies and agents.
• Serve as central contact for quote activity, opportunities, and education.
• Provide product analysis, illustration support, and case design guidance.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales on territory planning and events.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline visibility across teams.
