Job summary

Cetera Financial Group is hiring a Field Sales Representative, NFG, to grow relationships with agencies, agents, and advisors across annuity and life products. You will provide product education, case design guidance, and proactive outreach while coordinating with Regional Sales and Relationship Managers.

The role covers the Northwest region and is remote, with up to 25% travel. A strong background in financial services and required FINRA licensing is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or related field.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63, and applicable licenses required or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of life/annuity products, sales pipeline, and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a consistent new business pipeline by building relationships with agencies, agents, advisors, and partner firms.
• Serve as a central point of contact for quote activity, sales opportunities, product education, and case follow-up.
• Provide product analysis, illustration support, case design guidance, underwriting navigation, and competitive positioning.
• Partner with Regional Sales and Relationship Managers on territory planning and advisor engagement.
• Independently identify, re-engage, and develop dormant agencies and advisor relationships.
• Travel within the assigned region to support meetings, events, and field work.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, pipeline reporting, and follow-up records.
