Job summary

Cetera is seeking a Field Sales Representative in the Northwest region to develop and grow business relationships with agencies, agents, advisors, and partner firms, serving as a knowledgeable resource on NFG Brokerage products, processes, and sales support for annuity, life, long-term care, and disability insurance solutions. The role is remote within the United States and may require up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in financial services or related field-facing sales environment.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 and applicable life/annuity licensing or ability to obtain licensing.
• Knowledge of life/annuity products, sales pipeline management, and case design concepts.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a consistent new business pipeline by building relationships with agencies, agents, advisors, and partner firms.
• Provide proactive outreach and responsive support for quote activity, sales opportunities, product education, and case follow-up.
• Provide product analysis, illustration support, case design guidance, underwriting navigation, and competitive positioning across product lines.
• Partner with Regional Sales and Relationship Managers on territory planning, strategic account development, and events.
• Onboard and educate new agents/advisors on products, processes, expectations, and systems.
• Travel within the assigned region to support agency/advisor meetings, training, and field events.
• Maintain CRM documentation, pipeline reporting, and activity updates for visibility across teams.
• Collaborate with sales, case management, operations, and carriers to resolve issues and progress cases.
