Job summary

SCH Services is seeking an experienced Communications Consultant to plan, execute, and manage a broad portfolio of internal communications across SCH Capital Holdings. You will produce enterprise publications, support town halls, and partner with HR and leadership to deliver timely, engaging messages.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will translate business needs into clear strategies, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects from concept to execution with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in communications
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across audiences and channels
• Proven ability to lead internal communications initiatives end-to-end
• Strong project management skills with calendars, publication schedules, and approvals
• Ability to build collaborative, trusted relationships with executives and stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Experience with internal communications channels (Teams, Slack, Viva Engage)

Responsibilities

• Own two operating companies’ monthly and quarterly internal communications, including publications and manager messaging
• Build relationships with company leadership and program stakeholders, embedding with audiences
• Develop and execute communications plans, manage timelines and distribution
• Identify gaps and opportunities and propose recommendations
• Lead end-to-end production of the internal newsletter and recurring publications
• Coordinate monthly employee engagement communications and town hall materials
• Support quarterly all-hands and town halls with logistics and messaging
• Provide first-pass writing support and escalate to senior manager as needed
• Document channel strategy and standards for internal communications
