Linda Werner & Associates is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to support a global technology company and its consumer applications. This role partners with senior leaders to craft clear messaging and drive organizational strategy across product launches and major initiatives.

The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional writing, strong judgment, and solid project management while navigating shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Minimum 2 years of dedicated internal communications experience.
• Demonstrated experience advising, counseling, and influencing senior executives.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with translating complex information into clear messaging.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies that support senior leaders and business initiatives.
• Partner with senior executives to shape leadership narratives and deliver employee messaging.
• Write, edit, and develop communications covering organizational strategy, product launches, and milestones.
• Create proactive communications for announcements, initiatives, and program rollouts.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Operations, and global teams to ensure messaging accuracy and consistency.
• Support high-visibility internal events such as All Hands, leadership forums, and employee Q&A sessions.
• Manage multiple communications projects, balancing deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
