Mencap is seeking an Internal Comms and Engagement Officer to connect colleagues to our vision and values, leading on internal channels and engagement forums across the organisation. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) is flexible in location and you can work from anywhere in the UK, with travel to England, Wales and Northern Ireland as needed.

You will craft accessible content, build relationships with stakeholders, and deliver communication plans for key projects.
