Mosaic is seeking an Internal Communication Specialist to shape and share our stories that inform, engage, and empower employees. You’ll translate executive visions into clear narratives and craft the weekly communications that keep teams aligned and valued.

You will partner with leaders to drive change campaigns, celebrate culture, and enable field teams with practical messaging tools to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of communications experience; internal comms, executive messaging, or change management is a major plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Craft the Narrative: Write, edit, and launch engaging workforce communications, including our weekly eNewsletter.
• Executive Ghostwriting: Draft columns and messaging for the CEO and leadership team.
• Strategic Change Campaigns: Partner with cross-functional teams to map and execute plans.
• Culture & Celebration: Lead messaging for appreciation events and support executive planning.
• Empower the Field: Provide templates and guides to local operations teams.
• Innovate & Measure: Experiment with modern internal comms tools and metrics.
