Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers seeks a Quality Standards Specialist to lead the Quality Standards Framework and Internal Audit Framework within the Integrated Management System. You will plan, perform, and improve audits while ensuring regulatory alignment and certification readiness.

The role requires 7–12 years in internal auditing, strong documentation, and stakeholder management. Remote-first with on-site audits; competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• University degree or comparable professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards and their practical application.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of the Quality Standards Framework and audit processes.
• Maintain and improve the Internal Audit Framework in line with certification standards and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, conduct, report on internal audits and follow up on findings.
• Develop and maintain IMS documentation including policies and stakeholder analyses.
• Monitor certification standard changes and implement updates to frameworks.
• Support external certification audits (e.g., PCI DSS) as needed.
• Collaborate with GRC and operational teams to ensure consistent application.
• Provide management with audit insights and progress updates.
• Assist GRC initiatives and promote a quality-focused culture.
