Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a QA-focused professional to support the Global Financial Crimes Audit quality function, ensuring AML audit reviews align with standards and remediation milestones. The role includes final review of offshore deliverables and advising on complex cases to strengthen validation practices.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in financial services, AML/KYC project experience, and solid regulatory knowledge to drive accuracy and continuous improvement across audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services in a project management or business analyst role.
• 2+ years on AML/BSA, KYC/Onboarding, remediation projects or related engagements.
• Knowledge of regulatory AML requirements and Beneficial Ownership documentation.
• Risk management experience in financial crimes programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA validation over the Bank's Global Financial Crimes Audit department, in support of the Audit department's Quality & Improvement (Q&I) function
• Complete AML Audit quality reviews to evaluate the consistency, effectiveness, and adherence of Audit activities to standards defined by the Bank
• Serve as the final reviewer over AML Audit quality reviews prepared by the offshore delivery team and the escalation point for high complexity cases
• Evaluate the completeness, accuracy, quality, sufficiency, and appropriateness of Audit's validation work in alignment with Q&I expectations
• Identify, assess, and document recommendations for improvements to Audit's validation approach and overall documentation clarity
