Job summary

Binance is seeking a skilled Internal Investigations & Audit professional to join our San Francisco team. You will lead investigations into fraud and misconduct, collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance, and apply forensic techniques to uncover facts while maintaining strict confidentiality.

You will also participate in planning and executing internal audits across business units, assess controls, report findings to management, and help implement practical improvements in a fast-paced crypto

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CFE) is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal investigations, auditing, or a similar corporate role.
• Ability to handle sensitive investigations with discretion and integrity.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct internal investigations into fraud, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance to gather information and documentation.
• Apply forensic analysis to uncover facts and sequence of events.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Participate in internal audits across business units focusing on risk and controls.
