Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in internal audit or internal controls.
• SOX requirements with strong understanding of Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
• Experience with agentic engineering to test controls, prepare documentation and perform analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive internal control reviews to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Support regulatory examinations and respond to external audit inquiries effectively.
• Monitor internal control issues and actions, partnering with action owners to ensure timely closure of findings.
