Job summary

Welltower Inc. seeks a Construction Manager to lead apartment interior remodeling as part of our in-house team. This REMOTE + travel role must reside in San Jose, Fremont, or the surrounding area, with hands-on experience in renovations or property maintenance.

You will plan, schedule, and supervise multiple interior projects, coordinate with property managers, vendors and subcontractors, perform quality checks, manage procurement and budgets, and report progress to leadership. Travel required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in interior residential construction or related field.
• Able to read blueprints, use a tape measure, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple interior renovation projects.
• Participate in project meetings with on-site team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with property managers, vendors and subcontractors for materials and alignment.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to plans and standards.
• Generate reports and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Manage procurement of construction materials and control budgets.
