Modea Interiors is seeking an Interior Design Assistant for a contract and remote role. You will support the Founder + Principal Interior Designer in design and procurement tasks.

Responsibilities include preparing design presentations, drafting plans in AutoCAD/Revit, sourcing furniture, managing FF&E specs, and coordinating with vendors. This role offers flexible hours and remote work, with mentorship from senior leadership and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit strongly preferred.
• Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Support design presentations, mood boards, finishes palettes, and sample boards.
• Draft, redline, and update floor plans, elevations, and construction documents (AutoCAD/Revit).
• Source furniture, finishes, and fixtures under direction of the design team.
• Maintain materials library and vendor resources.
• Assist with FF&E specification sheets, furniture budgets, and line lists.
• Track orders, lead times, and deliveries; update procurement trackers.
• Coordinate with vendors for samples, warranties, and product information.
• Organize project files, client deliverables, and digital folders.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and installations; take notes and distribute actions.
