Job summary

Gofractional is seeking an Interim Director of Analytics to lead a range of reporting projects for healthcare clients. You will gather requirements, design and develop reports, test and validate outputs, and provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, enterprise data platforms, or related areas, including leadership experience.
• Healthcare data experience, including familiarity with clinical data, EHR ecosystems, interoperability, and related healthcare data environments.
• Experience designing, building, modernizing, or scaling enterprise data platforms.
• Databricks/lakehouse architecture strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical, architect-level leader who can design and build data platforms, with a broad understanding of the data ecosystem.
• Operate within a cross-matrix management structure with dotted-line relationships to decentralized data resources.
• Influence and align decentralized data teams and resources across the organization.
• Oversee Data & AI domains covering Data in Transit, Data at Rest, and Data Products.
