Progressive, a growing developer and owner of utility-scale energy infrastructure, seeks an Interconnection Engineer to support project development, transmission analysis, and grid integration across the United States. The role focuses on managing interconnection activities for renewable generation and energy storage, coordinating with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, consultants, and internal teams.

Remote work within the US is offered with a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 plus bonus and comprehensive

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years of interconnection engineering, transmission planning, or renewable energy development.
• PSCAD experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead interconnection activities for utility-scale energy projects.
• Manage projects through the full interconnection lifecycle.
• Review feasibility, system impact, and facility studies.
• Develop and validate power system models using PSCAD.
