Job summary

ezCater is seeking an Integrations & Technical Support Specialist (Remote) to own onboarding and ongoing API integrations with restaurant brands and third‑party vendors. You’ll diagnose issues, train partners, and ensure clean data flow across our network while collaborating with engineers and cross‑functional teams.

You’ll work with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, Trainers, and Technical Leads, communicating clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of API integrations and how they move data between systems.
• Comfort reading and interpreting JSON and XML (GraphQL willingness).
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with technical integrations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust explanations to the audience.
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks and events.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new integrations end to end with restaurant brands and vendors.
• Diagnose and resolve issues by reading logs, tracing requests, and reproducing errors.
• Provide technical training to internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, Trainers, and Technical Leads across North America.
