Job summary

Applied Resource Group is seeking a software engineer to serve as the technical liaison between internal teams and third-party SaaS providers. The role involves managing vendor tickets, coordinating testing, and supporting API integrations across projects.

You will work with Principal Engineers and cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution, document processes, and monitor integration health. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience working with REST APIs and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting or managing tickets with third-party SaaS vendors.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and debugging practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
