Job summary

vivenu, a global leader in live entertainment tech, seeks a Solution Architect to bridge our API-first platform with complex enterprise needs in the US. Based in New York City, you will shape integration strategies for major clients and guide scalable templates that enable vivenu to scale.

You will architect API connections, SSO, and ERP integrations, run workshops with diverse stakeholders, and ensure solutions align with client goals and vivenu capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role with a technical background
• University degree in Computer Science or related field
• Understanding of web apps, REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and software ecosystems
• Ability to read API docs, write functional scripts to test endpoints, and analyze AI-generated code
• Excellent communication to manage high-stakes client environments

Responsibilities

• Architect API integrations for enterprise clients.
• Lead transitions of client storefronts to headless commerce architecture.
• Run technical workshops with CTOs, IT teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Align customer expectations with vivenu platform capabilities.
• Create templates and integration blueprints for scalable deployments.
• Deliver rapid proofs-of-concept to validate data flows and outcomes.
