Responsibilities

• Provide integration architecture expertise across HR technology and WFM projects.
• Work directly with clients to understand technical and business requirements.
• Design and support integration approaches and solutions.
• Translate client requirements into appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers and technical teams.
• Support discovery and solution design activities.
• Provide technical guidance throughout implementation and project delivery.
• Identify integration considerations, dependencies and potential risks.
• Help establish stronger technical structures within the permanent team.
• Share knowledge and contribute to upskilling the wider consulting organization.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to clients.
