This role shapes scalable, secure standards across Oracle Cloud, OIC, and related tech to enable global digital transformation.

The position operates in a hybrid model, with in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays, supporting HR business strategy and IT

The Technical Architect, HR Technology (HRIT)provides strategic leadership for enterprise HR system architecture, integrations, security governance, environment strategy, and technical solution design within Rheem’s Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem. This role establishes scalable, secure, and sustainable architecture standards across the HR technology landscape — spanning Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), security frameworks, and emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and the Oracle Redwood experience. Operating at the intersection of HR business strategy and enterprise IT architecture, this position is critical to enabling Rheem’s global digital transformation across its industrial manufacturing operations.

This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
