Job summary

Milliman IntelliScript is seeking an Integration Analyst to manage testing and implementation of EHR and payer connections. The role emphasizes reading vendor documentation, troubleshooting integrations, and guiding successful completion of data exchanges. Remote work is available with occasional travel to Brookfield, WI.

The candidate will maintain existing integrations, monitor performance, and coordinate with engineering, support, and product teams to resolve issues impacting customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant integration experience with EHR and payer systems.
• Ability to read and interpret vendor API documentation accurately.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vendor API documentation and technical requirements.
• Configure, test, and validate integrations using Postman and testing frameworks.
• Onboard and support new EHR, payer, and partner integrations.
• Configure authentication, credentials, OAuth workflows and related components.
• Monitor and maintain existing integrations for reliability and performance.
