Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of professional work experience.
• Proficient in Excel and advanced Office skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data-query concepts.
• Experience with C#, Java, or Python.
• Ability to use Generative AI tools like Copilot.
• Familiarity with Databricks and AWS.
• HIPAA data protection awareness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to Brookfield, WI and nationally; remote work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for the Irix platform and understand its systems.
• Translate client needs into technical configurations.
• Execute non-clinical adjustments to the Rules Engine.
• Perform impact analysis, regression testing, and validation.
• Create and analyze test cases for system changes.
• Conduct mortality and incidence-rate simulations after rule changes.
• Support UAT and validation of changes.
• Maintain project documentation and configuration records.
• Review colleagues’ work via peer-review processes.
• Prepare reports supporting research initiatives.
• Deploy cloud and on-prem environments for testing.
• Communicate concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify issues and drive resolutions; uphold timelines.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance analysis while maintaining confidentiality.
