Job summary

RealmOne, headquartered in Columbia, MD, seeks a senior Scheduler to design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for complex programs across development and operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure schedules are current and aligned with master plans.

The role requires extensive scheduling experience, advanced MS Project or Primavera, and a background in hardware/software development programs; a related master’s degree can substitute years of experience.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years of Scheduler experience in complex programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; four extra years can substitute for the degree.
• Two years of scheduling experience for engineering programs with hardware and software.
• Advanced MS Project or Primavera course completion is required; hands-on use expected.
• Certification in AACE or PSP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, development and operations.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to keep schedules current and accurate.
• Link schedules with the Master Program Schedule and related plans; manage dependencies.
• Provide hands-on development of layered schedules and IMPs for progress tracking.
