Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Integrated Delivery Program Manager to lead complex product solution implementations across multiple internal teams. You will oversee planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery to ensure timely, in-scope results aligned with business objectives.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage dependencies, push for resolution of gaps, and drive continuous improvement during deployments and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in Healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid/Pharmacy) and 5+ years in PM of large software implementations.
• Strong communication skills across VP/delivery areas.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, technical support, and regulatory CMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for delivery across teams for specific client(s).
• Lead delivery teams to build an integrated project plan and map dependencies.
• Track gaps and drive ownership and resolution plans.
• Report status daily and weekly to leadership; escalate blockers.
• Lead working sessions to remove obstacles.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement lessons learned and product improvements.
• Troubleshoot deployments and operational rollouts; support post-implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement in support processes.
• Support pre-sales analysis of deals and cost estimation across delivery areas.
