Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking an Intake Client Specialist to manage a queue of incoming documents in our CRM, creating and updating client records with accuracy for billing and compliance. This fully remote role requires Iowa residency and onsite orientation day 1 at our Ankeny office.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with potential overtime. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, paid weekly, with PTO and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Basic Microsoft Office skills and data entry abilities.
• Strong attention to detail required for accurate records.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and search tools.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming Medical Service Authorizations and paperwork to create or update client records.
• Correspond with Agency Case Managers via email, portal messaging, and phone for action items.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Billing, Compliance, and Customer Care.
• Assist other departments with Intake-related inquiries.
