Mom's Meals is seeking a detail-oriented remote Client Services Coordinator to review medical service authorizations, create or update client records, and close accounts as needed. You will communicate with agency case managers by email, portal messages, and phone to resolve action items, and coordinate with Logistics, Billing, Customer Care, and Compliance.

This full-time role is remote from Iowa, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, with a reliable wired internet connection and a quiet workspace
