Job summary

This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service to clients seeking treatment and supporting referrals within Pyramid’s national marketing network.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in substance abuse and mental health.

Ability to problem-solve and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients seeking treatment for substance abuse at Pyramid Healthcare facilities.
Answer inbound phone calls from the Silver-Line queues and coordinate referrals from the National Marketing Team.
Register new clients, perform outbound follow-up, and share client clinical files with Program Directors.
Refer clients to higher levels of care to maintain relationships with treatment providers.
Maintain correspondence with clients in early recovery and assist with treatment options.
Maintain census quotas with out-of-pocket collection goals and grow Silver-Line census.
Build and maintain strategic referral partner relationships and act as an extension of the Silver-Line National Marketing Team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
