Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Representative to develop and maintain referral relationships within designated markets and to support the marketing department with client-focused activities.

The role requires a high school diploma with related experience; a Bachelor's in Behavioral Health or Business/Marketing is preferred, with 3-5 years in D&A or mental health fields. Local travel and a strong customer service orientation are expected.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with one year of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or Business/Marketing preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in D&A and/or Mental Health field preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Counselor, Assessor or Community Relations in direct client care preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain direct referral relationships in designated market(s).
  • Provide marketing and customer service activities within the marketing department.
  • Maintain existing referral sources, expand referral base and develop business relationships with the assigned region.
  • Input into the overall company-marketing plan.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Assist in setting financial goals for the assigned region.
  • Interface with the programs to understand client/program/referral source needs.
  • Completes required trainings and mandatory training hours.

Summary: The Marketing Representative is responsible for the utilization of Pyramid Healthcare’s continuum of care by developing and maintaining direct referral relationships in designated market(s).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Provide clientele, marketing and customer service activities within the marketing department while maintaining positive community/public relations.

Maintain existing referral sources, expand referral base and develop business relationships with the assigned region.

Input into the overall company-marketing plan.

Prepare reports as required.

Assist in setting financial goals for the assigned region.

Required to interface with the programs to understand client/program/referral source needs.

Completes required trainings and mandatory training hours.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education, Licensure, & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent with one year of related experience required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related Behavioral Health or Business/Marketing field preferred.

3-5 years’ experience in D&A and/or Mental Health field preferred.

3-5 years’ experience as a Counselor, Assessor or Community Relations in direct client care preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer programs

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Attends and participate in required meetings.

Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.

A working knowledge of federal and state standards as well as regulating body and compliance standards.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required at moderate levels to walk, stoop, twist, kneel, or crouch. The employee must lift and/ or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision levels required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet & indoors. This position will require local travel.

This position will be scheduled based on operational need & will be required to provide own transportation. Incumbent may be exposed to virus, disease, and/or infection from clients in the work environment. Incumbent may be exposed to traumatic situations (i.e. psychiatric).

The starting compensation for this role is $50,000/year; final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
