Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in substance abuse and mental health field.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients seeking treatment.
• Answer inbound calls from the Silver-Line queues and coordinate with the National Marketing Team.
• Register new clients, perform outbound follow-up, and share client files with Program Directors.
• Refer clients to higher levels of care and maintain referral relationships.
• Maintain census quotas and out-of-pocket collection goals.
• Build and maintain Silver-Line census and strategic referral partnerships.
• Act as an extension of the Silver-Line National Marketing Team.
