Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of customer service and administrative support experience.
• Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish, reading and writing.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Educate the public about Financial Inclusion’s housing and wealth-building services.
• Assist clients with completing forms and applications.
• Conduct initial client screening to evaluate need for support and referrals.
• Enter client data into the mPact Pro database.
• Provide administrative support for the department and office management duties.
