Qualifications

• 1+ years of medical insurance verification experience required.
• No time off allowed first 90 days.
• Ability to work a full shift 8:00–20:00, Monday to Friday.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and applications concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound insurance verification calls.
• Verify benefits, coverage eligibility, deductibles and out-of-pocket costs.
• Research and resolve insurance-related issues for patient inquiries.
