Exavalu is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Insurance to manage and grow strategic client relationships across Ohio, Florida, and Phoenix regions. The role focuses on understanding clients’ insurance technology needs and driving account growth while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Formación

• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or CRM roles.
• Strong Insurance domain knowledge (P&C, Commercial, or Life) preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong organizing, presenting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Insurance clients and key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
• Understand client goals and align Exavalu solutions to support business objectives.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of services as per client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, new business, and strategic growth.
• Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, sales, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Track account health, customer satisfaction, and engagement metrics.
• Prepare regular account updates, status reports, and executive presentations.
• Resolve client concerns proactively and maintain strong engagement levels.
