Job summary

Afni, Inc. seeks a Training Coach in Insurance Service to develop and support insurance customer service representatives in a fast-paced inbound contact center.

You will deliver training programs, monitor performance, reinforce standards, and ensure agents have the knowledge to deliver exceptional service. This virtual position is available to candidates nationwide with a Tucson, AZ on-site option for those within 60 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory, coaching, or training experience in an insurance contact center environment preferred.
• Knowledge of property and casualty products and licensing processes preferred.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering training via instructor-led and virtual formats.
• Proficiency with MS Office and payroll/training documentation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop insurance customer service reps to meet performance goals.
• Monitor performance trends and provide feedback to improve results.
• Manage classroom dynamics and document coaching actions.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs to promote knowledge retention.

• Plan training sessions with aligned instructional materials and delivery methods.
• Evaluate learner understanding and provide ongoing coaching.
• Maintain attendance, payroll, and training records accurately.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to support training needs.
