Job summary

EXL’s Castle High Value and Risk Control divisions lead in insurance survey services. This remote role focuses on scheduling appraisals, assisting homeowners with the ASSIST self-survey app, and delivering concierge support while maintaining timely, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to explain appraisal reasons over phone and email.
• Comfort with using a photo-capture app and online forms.

Responsibilities

• Contact policyholders via phone, SMS and email to explain appraisals.
• Provide concierge service for ASSIST product setup and questions.
• Keep work orders updated and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain productivity goals and report unusual situations to management.
• Support homeowners with submitting home photos and scheduling appointments.
